Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Each case is made-to-order to ensure the highest quality, so please allow this time for production.
We offer standard shipping with estimated delivery times as follows:
- UK & Europe: 7-14 business days
- USA & Canada: 3-7 business days
- Oceania: 8-16 business days
- Rest of the World: 8-16 business days
We currently do not offer express shipping; only standard shipping is available.
Yes, all orders are shipped with full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your parcel's progress.
Yes, we ship to most countries globally.
For international orders, customs and import duties are not needed and are prepaid.

We offer three types of phone cases:
- Slim Case: Lightweight, sleek, and designed for minimal bulk while providing excellent protection.
- Tough Case: Dual-layered protection with a shock-absorbing black silicone inner layer and a durable polycarbonate outer shell. Ideal for those who want maximum protection.
- Tough MagSafe Case: Similar to our Tough Case but compatible with MagSafe charging. Features built-in magnets for a seamless wireless charging experience.
All our cases are available in gloss or matte finishes.
Slim Cases: Made of high-quality polycarbonate, a durable and lightweight material.
Tough & Tough MagSafe Cases: Feature a polycarbonate outer shell combined with a black silicone inner lining for added shock absorption.
We use high-quality sublimation printing technology to ensure vibrant, long-lasting designs. The designs wrap fully around the edges for a seamless look.
Slim and Tough Cases: Compatible with standard wireless chargers.
Tough MagSafe Cases: Specifically designed for MagSafe chargers with built-in magnets for optimal alignment and efficiency.
Returns & Exchanges
As all of our cases are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If your case arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out free of charge.
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after.
If you’ve made an error with your order, please contact us immediately. We may be able to adjust your order if it hasn’t yet entered production.
Warranty
Yes, all our cases come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear or accidental damage.
To claim the warranty, contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the defect. Please include an image of the case and we’ll guide you through the replacement process.

Yes, all our designs are available for a wide range of iPhone, Samsung, and Google Pixel models.
